About Me

At the core of my work is the belief that movement should make you feel strong, capable, and at home in your body. I create inclusive, empowering spaces where people of all ages and fitness levels can move safely, confidently, and with intention.

My approach blends personal training, group fitness, and yoga, with a focus on strength, mobility, stability, posture, and functional movement. Whether it’s a high-energy class or a one-on-one session, I prioritize education, proper form, and sustainable progress—meeting each person where they are.

Flow by Soph is about more than workouts. It’s about building confidence through movement, supporting long-term well-being, and creating a community where strength and self-compassion coexist.
