About Me
At the heart of my teaching is a belief in radical self-compassion and embodied presence. I believe in creating spaces that are welcoming, empowering, and real. Movement isn’t about perfection—it’s about connection, exploration, and joy.
My biggest goal is to positively impact my local community through movement, mindfulness, and creativity. I want Flow by Soph to be more than just a brand—it’s a movement practice rooted in authenticity, healing, and empowerment.

Yoga
Hatha – steady, breath-centered flow
Vinyasa – dynamic and rhythmic sequences
Power – strong, energizing, athletic movement
Yin – deep, still, meditative holds
Sculpt – yoga with light weights and cardio bursts
Barre
A full-body, low-impact workout that blends strength, balance, and form using small, intentional movements.
Mat Pilates
Core-focused, alignment-based work that builds stability and control from the inside out.
Dance
My specialty is heels—a bold, expressive style that’s all about confidence, musicality, and moving with intention. I also teach other styles, always with an emphasis on fun, freedom, and connection.
